This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our Terms & Conditions Policy. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any & every order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Person Pickup
In-person pickup is available for specific purchases / or services only (largely due to the cost-prohibitive weight of some very large handmade products). Pickups are available by scheduled appointment only. Pickup locations may be restricted to within a 25-mile radius of our main office location found on our website.
We offer various shipping options and free ground shipping on every order. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We cannot control the shipping delays, management or condition of how your products are shipped by third party suppliers. We apologize for any cosmetic discrepancies between our standard of shipping and any third-party suppliers.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard, ground shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous 48 United States of America for all customers or purchasers.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We offer expedited shipping at predetermined rates found within the shopping cart shipping fee portion during purchases. If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription, then we will deliver upon: receipt & confirmation of payment to the email listed for payment.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not currently offer worldwide shipping. Please let us know what products you would like for us make available in your country for our future endeavors. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties, over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
